Paul Shaffer, AIA Retires

Paul G. Shaffer, AIA, long-time principal and president of BBLM Architects, has retired. Paul joined predecessor firm Bartley, Long, Mirenda & Reynolds Architects in 1974 after graduating from Penn State University. He became a principal in 1985 as Bartley, Long, Mirenda Architects joined Edwin Bronstein Associates Architects to form the new, award winning firm Bartley Bronstein Long Mirenda. He became president of the firm in 1994 with the retirement of Fred Long, AIA. Paul was instrumental in developing BBLM’s strength in technically complex architecture for healthcare.  We wish Paul and his family the best in this new phase of their life!
