By combining BBLM’s specialized healthcare expertise with CosciaMoos’ strengths in outpatient facilities, interior design, and hospitality, we now offer a full spectrum of design services to create innovative healing spaces.

We are dedicated to ensuring seamless transitions for ongoing projects. Brandon Sargent, Laura Strychalski, and the BBLM staff you know and trust will remain actively involved, providing the same high level of service and expertise.

Located in Center City Philadelphia, we offer a broad scope of architectural and planning services to a variety of clients in our region. Our firm history extends back over five decades. In its current form, BBLM is led by principals Laura Strychalski, Carl Kaplan, and Brandon Sargent. Our principals are “hands-on” professionals who provide leadership and continuity for each of our projects.
