Through a creative planning process, BBLM adapted an existing, vacant outpatient office into a modern dermatology office serving both general dermatology and MOHS surgery patients. General dermatology patients are seen in one of six general exam rooms or three procedure rooms, including one for laser procedures. MOHS patients are treated in one of six large procedure rooms which are all served by an onsite independent histology lab for sample processing, as well as onsite instrument sterilization facilities. A common core of support spaces serves both sides of the practice. Light colored finishes in natural hues provide a spa-like interior and pleasant patient environment.
